Shipping policy

At Quilty Creative, we take care in packaging your orders so your fabrics, quilt patterns, and sewing supplies arrive safely and ready for your next creative project!

Order Processing

We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using USPS or UPS. For orders with paid shipping, you can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

For orders that qualify for free shipping, Quilty Creative will select the shipping carrier and service.

Every shipped order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order, especially apartment or unit numbers, ZIP codes, and addresses that have recently changed.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully package every order, but occasionally something may go wrong during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

For shipping damage, we ask that you provide:

  • A photograph showing the damaged item.

  • A photograph of the shipping box or packaging.

These photographs help us document the damage and submit a claim with USPS or UPS when necessary.

Once we receive and review the information, we'll work with you to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement when appropriate.

International Shipping

International shipping costs vary depending on the destination, package weight, and shipping method.

If you're an international customer, please contact us before ordering if you would like a shipping quote.

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Digital Quilt Patterns

Digital quilt patterns do not require shipping. When you purchase a downloadable pattern, you'll receive instructions for accessing your digital file.
